Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and finalization of financial statements as per applicable standards
• Handling statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits
• Managing direct and indirect tax compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc[dot])
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• MIS reporting and financial analysis for management review
• Ensuring timely filing of returns and coordination with auditors and consultants
• Review of internal controls and suggesting improvements

Skills Required:

• Strong technical knowledge in accounting, taxation, and auditing
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (SAP preferred)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
