EICASA – Eastern India Chartered Accountants Students Association
The Eastern India Chartered Accountants Students Association (EICASA) is the student wing of the Eastern India Regional Council (EIRC) of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), established under Regulation 81 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988.
EICASA represents a strong community of over 100,000 student members across the Eastern Region, providing them a vibrant platform to connect, collaborate, learn, and grow through various academic, cultural, and professional development initiatives. It serves as an important channel of communication between the students and the Institute, ensuring timely resolution of student-related matters.
Every student registered for articleship or audit training under ICAI is considered a member of EICASA by default.
The Managing Committee of EICASA Kolkata comprises 12 student members, led under the guidance of CA Mayur Agrawal, Chairman EICASA & Vice Chairman, EIRC, and represents the next generation of leaders and torchbearers of the profession. These student representatives are elected by the student community and are committed to working for the holistic development of CA students.
