Who should attend AICITSS (MCS Course) Management & Communication Skills Course

1. Objectives:

The Management & Communication Skills Course aims to equip the students to the profession with
some essential skills, such as-
• To sharpen communication and presentation skills
• To develop inter-personal and leadership skills
• To provide an understanding of contemporary business environment and opportunities
• To prepare the student for a career either in employment or in practice, by educating them to be
adaptable and accountable
• To develop leadership skills.
• Strengthening Interpersonal Skills.
• Change Management and
• Ethical Leadership

2. Eligibility:

The students who have undergone only one, i.e. either GMCS/GMCS-II/MCS under the final
(old) course, have to undergo the remaining component i.e. Advanced ICITSS(MCS).
It is further clarified that following is the position in respect of different categories of students
who are required to undergo Advanced ICITSS (MCS), with reference to their eligibility to
appear in Final Examination. Final (NEW) Examination to be held under the syllabus approved
by the council under regulation 31(v) of the CA Regulations, 1988.
Students are required to take note of the above and act accordingly.

Registration Process: 

  1. Go to the link for registration www.icaionlineregistration.org
  2. Register as a Student.
  3. Create your own user ID and Password.
  4. Go to Student Dashboard and click on "Course Registration''.
  5. Choose Eastern Region (EIRC) for undergoing Batch in Kolkata.
  6. Select AICITSS (MCS Course), Venue.
  7. Find a New Batch Announcement that has Vacancy.
  8. For batches in the same venue and with same schedule do not register in the Second Batch till seats are available in the First Batch. This is for Administrative Purpose.
  9. Students are required to pay the Fees online through Payment Gateway.
  10. After entering all the details please click on 'Submit' Button.
  11. After submission an Acknowledgement will be generated.
  12. Submit the Acknowledgement along with the Document within 2 Working Days from the date of Online Registration at EIRC, ICAI, 7, Anandilal Poddar Sarani, Kolkata– 700 071.
  13. Last date of Online Registration and submission of Acknowledgement along with the Document is 3 Working Days before the Commencement of the Batch.
  14. Students are strictly required to complete the online feedback form for each faculty after every session.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Batches will be conducted in Physical mode only.
  2. Students are requested to send through mail Self-Attested copies of the Documents (i.e. Acknowledgement copy of MCS Batch along with your Passport Size Photo, NOC from Principal- If currently undergoing Articleship Training, Copy of Articleship Registration Letter/ IPCC Both Group Marksheet, Copy of Form 108/ Articleship Completion Letter- If Articleship Completed, Copy of GMCS- I Completion Certificate- If Articleship Reg. within 1st May, 2012 to 31st December, 2014, Copy of ID Card issued by the Institute or Copy of ID Card issued by the Govt. Agency - Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, UID ) to the mail id – eircgmcs[at]icai[dot]in for verification purpose atleast before 3 days of the schedule commencement of the batch.
  3. Attendance in all the classes and throughout the session is mandatory and your presence will be monitored by the concerned Faculty and CCTV. However, students not attending classes for any particular day will be marked Absent and will have to Compensate their Attendance in another Batch in the same POU with prior approval.
  4. Students are required maintain Discipline decorum apart from adhering to the Formal Dress Code during Physical Classes.For any misbehaviour in the class the faculty will have the power to make a note and on the basis of which issue of programme completion certificate may be with held.
  5. Students are requested not to make simultaneous registration to the MCS Course along with the ADV. ITT Course or vice versa.
