We’re now looking for Article Assistants who want to learn the ropes in a fast-paced, tech-enabled CA firm and are excited to work in a culture that rewards proactivity, problem-solving, and structured thinking[dot]

Role and Responsibilities:

As an Article Assistant, you will:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping – Maintain client books of accounts, reconcile statements, and prepare financials using cloud-based platforms[dot]
2. Income Tax & GST Compliance – Assist with return filings, data compilation, rectification responses, and refund follow-ups[dot]
3. Statutory & Tax Audits – Work with senior CAs on statutory, tax, and internal audits, including documentation and audit file preparation[dot]
4. MIS & Financial Reporting – Help prepare monthly MIS, variance reports, and simple dashboards for clients[dot]
5. Research & Analysis – Support litigation and advisory assignments through research on tax positions, case law, and departmental communication[dot]

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Must be registered for Articleship under ICAI
• Strong interest in technology-driven finance and compliance
• Basic working knowledge of Excel, Tally, and accounting concepts
• Willingness to work full-time from our Kolkata office (no hybrid/remote model)
• Smart, self-driven, and willing to ask questions and take ownership
• Bonus if you’ve worked on cloud tools or are quick with tech
