? Position: Head – Audit Division

Starting Salary: ?60,000 – ?75,000 per month (depending on experience and suitability)
Growth Path: Eligible for Partnership Role based on consistent performance and leadership contribution

? Candidate Profile – Must-Haves:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• His past records says has completed 3 years of Articleship in a CA firm
• Immediate past experience should consist of minimum 2 years of post-qualification work experience in a CA firm
• Age to be less than 35 years old

? Required Audit Experience:

• Statutory Audits under the Companies Act
• Tax Audits under the Income-tax Act
• Internal Audits of corporates and other business entities
• Bank Statutory Audits
• Bank Concurrent Audits
• Have done GST audit in past

? Team Leadership:

• Should be capable of independently managing a team of at least 10 audit staff/ article assistants
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required for team handling and client interaction
