Key Responsibilities:

1[dot] Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Preparation and maintenance of books of accounts in Tally/Accounting software
• Finalization of accounts for individuals, firms, companies, and trusts
• Preparation of MIS reports, ledgers, and reconciliation statements

2[dot] Direct Taxation (Income Tax)

• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for individuals, firms, and companies
• Handling TDS compliance – filing returns, reconciliation, and advisory
• Assisting in Income Tax assessments and departmental queries
• Supporting in preparation of Tax Audit reports under Section 44AB

3[dot] Indirect Taxation (GST)

• Preparation and filing of monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C)
• GST input/output reconciliation and ledger maintenance
• Assisting in GST registration, amendments, and refund applications
• Support in GST audits and departmental correspondence

4[dot] ROC & MCA Compliance

• Preparation and filing of various forms and returns with MCA (ROC filings)
• Assisting in annual return filing of companies (AOC-4, MGT-7)
• Drafting of resolutions, minutes, and other secretarial documents
• Support in incorporation of companies and LLPs

5[dot] Audit Support

• Assisting in Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Internal Audits, and Special Audits
• Documentation, vouching, ledger scrutiny, and verification work
• Preparation of audit reports and audit working papers

6[dot] Other Areas

• Exposure to NPO audits, Government audits, Forensic reviews, and Valuation support
• Assistance in preparation of project reports and CMA data
• Learning and application of Ind AS, DIRM, and allied standards as per project assignments

Desired Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Accounting Standards, Taxation, and Company Law
• Working knowledge of Tally, Excel, and other accounting software
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a team-oriented environment

Eligibility:

• CA students who have cleared IPCC (both groups or Group I) and are eligible for articleship
• Candidates with a strong interest in diversified practical exposure
